Condolence From: Bill Turner
Condolence: It’s hard to think about Nell without smiling.
I worked with Nell and Wally in the North End during the time they staffed the Neighbourhood Improvement Project with its offices in David Livingstone School.
Both Wally and Nell taught me so much about Polish and Ukrainian customs and some of the history of that part of the city.
Nell was always a cheerful, positive person and a friend to all who met her. I value greatly that experience and the memouries that go with it.
Although we worked together during the mid to late ‘70’s, somehow it doesn’t seem that long ago. My sympathy and best regards to Nell’s family.
