With her children by her side, Bernice Browett, age 86 years, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. She is now reunited with her late husband Garnet, parents and siblings. Bernice was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother and a good friend. Following the death of her husband Garnet in 1999, she lived with her daughter Denise (Perry) Stonehouse and their three children. Her favourite times were when she was surrounded by family and friends. Bernice will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children Gary (Patricia) of Lantzville, BC, Denise (Perry) Stonehouse of Brandon, Diane (Darrell) Ryckman of Airdrie, AB and Terry (Nancy) Browett of Brandon. She also leaves behind thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brothers Bernie (Mary) Wielgosh, Ed (Glenda) Wielgosh and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will cherish Bernice's memory in a graveside ceremony at Rosewood Memorial Gardens on August 18, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a celebration of her life at the Riverview Curling Club.
