Broderick Crawford Bates, age 54 years, passed away unexpectedly at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. A Celebration of Broderick's Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. Donations in memory of Broderick may be made to Society for Manitobans with Disabilities, Westman Regional Office, Room 140-340-9th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 6C2 or to Special Olympics Westman, Box 20149, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 6Y8.
