Earl Griggs, age 87 years, passed away at Dinsdale Personal Care Home on Monday, November 5, 2018. Earl was born November 5, 1931 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. At age 10, he accepted Jesus as his Saviour at Bethel Temple and was a faithful and enthusiastic Christian all his life. Earl was a heavy duty mechanic for the Air Force for several years in the European theatre then returned to farming at Griswold. Earl was predeceased by his parents Charles and Pearl Griggs, sister Louise and brother Bill. He is survived by his brother Gordon (Betty), sister Eileen (Keith) Raisbeck, brother-in-law Tony, and daughters Rose and Cécile. A special thanks for the excellent care at Reston and Dinsdale Personal Care Homes. The Celebration of Earl's Life will be held at Bethel Christian Assembly, 440 Richmond Avenue, on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. Earl will be laid to rest at the Griswold Cemetery.
