KULMAN: Elsie (nee Borkofski)

Elsie was born January 4, 1934 and grew up on the family farm near Russell, Manitoba. After completing her schooling, Elsie moved to Brandon to work. She loved her vegetable and flower gardens, and having coffee with friends. An excellent cook, Elsie loved to bake treats for her family. She cherished the time she was able to spend with her children, grandchildren and four great-granddaughters. The last remaining member of her immediate family, Elsie was predeceased by her parents William and Bertha, sisters Hilda and Annie and brother Gerald. She is survived by her children Sharon (Ken) Figol, Gerry (Cheryl) Kulman, Shawna Scott; grandchildren Jeff (Kathe) Kulman, Brett (Heidi) Figol, Kevin (Jena) Kulman, Cyndi (Carl) Figol, Kaylee (Brad) Scott, Brittany (Landon) Scott; great-granddaughters Kylie and Keagan Kulman, and Tenley and Piper Figol, as well as many nieces and nephews. Elsie was laid to rest beside her beloved Frank at Rosewood Memorial Gardens in a private graveside service on Friday, March 16, 2018. To the staff at the Palliative Care Unit: we appreciate how you helped us make our Mom's final days as peaceful as possible. You are an amazing group of people. Thank you.
