I am truly saddened to become aware of Alex's passing.
I had the terrific pleasure of working with Alex at NL Telephone (BICS Group) in St. John's some 40 + years ago. A true gentleman, always patient and caring for his co-workers. Alex taught me a lot during the time I worked with him and to this day I think of him often.
