The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Merl Scott can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Stacey Terry
Condolence: I have so much gratitude for Merl (and to her family for sharing Merl)... the amazing lady who looked after me and my siblings throughout our childhood whenever Mom was working.

Throughout the years, we played a lot of cards, watched a lot of Another World, and listened to a lot of The Kendalls... a lot of treasured memories.

She was one of those precious stable forces in a child's life that you only appreciate fully when you're older.

What a lucky family we were, and I know we all are thinking of and sending love to Merl and Merl's friends and family. If there is any ease in sharing loss, may you feel the comfort in knowing she resides forever in countless hearts.

Sending hugs and care,
Stacey Terry
