Clara Mae  Westbrook
WESTBROOK: Clara Mae was born September 23, 1930 and passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Clara is survived by her four children Diana Evans (Dale), Robert "Jim" Harrower (Sandra), Jo-ann Buchanan (Fred) and John Harrower; sister Dorothy Taylor; sister-in-law Lorraine Hales and brother Melvin Hales (Judy); grandchildren Jason, Karen (Bob), Tracey (Darin), Cindy (Michael), Crystal (Matt), James (Aleina), Rhonda (Paul), Garry (Darlene), David (Lisa), Jacquelynn (Lockyn), John Jr (Kali), Jean (Shane); twenty-seven great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. She was predeceased by her parents Nelson and Minnie Hales; first husband Delmar Harrower; second husband Ivan Westbrook; daughter Christina Allum; son Thomas Harrower; grandson Rodney Harrower; sisters Rose Lupaschuk, Lillian Bramley; brothers Chester and Henry Hales; brothers-in-law William Lupaschuk, Reg Bramley and John Taylor. Mom attended McBride School. She worked at different jobs in Brandon and Rivers. Mom had lived in Sokol Manor for many years and really enjoyed her Monday Bingo and her many coffee chats with other residents, also belonging to the Red Hat Club for awhile. Thank you to all the Home Care staff. A private service will be held at a later date.
